Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (LBP)


This scientifically evidence-based program has been developed at the Center for Mindfulness (CFM), University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. MBSR is the most widely researched validated mindfulness program in the world designed to help people live better with stress, pain & illness. Today it is taught to people throughout the world who are experiencing challenges in all areas of life and is extensively utilized around the globe in medical, educational, corporate, and legal environments.

Course Details

This year, the Health and Wellness Center is delivering this course online in view of the current circumstances. It will be led by Mrs. Wedad Dallala Bakhache, M.Ed. and consists of 9 sessions of two & a half-hour weekly classes and a one day 7 hours practical class on a weekend between class 6 & class 7.
